Fortune Family, operators of Michelin‑starred Lita, is set to open Salone, a new Italian restaurant just off Regent Street, as the group continues its global expansion. With sites already in London, Dubai and Los Angeles, the company is adding further openings in Hong Kong and Marbella. Salone also strengthens the Crown Estate’s evolving West End dining mix alongside Temaki and Daka Daka.
