The old world can be a crowded place, so it’s often very difficult for new businesses to find a place to work. In London, the commercial property market is as overheated as the housing market, which means that young startups find it difficult to find a decent office, yet alone afford it.

Tower 10 is a London-based firm which wants to help out homeless businesses. Sadly, it can’t make landlords cut their rent, but what it can do is make life a little bit easier for startups looking for a new base. Based in Shoreditch, the uber-hip home of the innovations hub Tech City, it launched in beta this week.
