The sprouting of tall buildings on London’s skyline is triggering new projects to create more architectural rooftop structures on existing buildings.
The latest proposed will see a two-storey rooftop pavilion added to an eight-storey office building at 107-112 Leadenhall Street. The rooftop extension for client RBS REAM is based on the concept of the ‘fifth elevation.
