Commercial property has begun to boom over last year. The value of investment had more than doubled year-on-year to a level only just below that seen before the financial crisis of 2007.
According to real estate analysts, this tsunami is due to combined factors: low interest rate environment, easing Eurozone instability, UK’s economic turnaround and the wall of money coming from overseas.
