Bubala will open at the former Vasco & Piero Italian restaurant site in Soho, in April this year. It will be a 50-cover site with an eight-seat counter bar overlooking the open kitchen.
Bubala is a critically acclaimed vegetarian restaurant with an existing restaurant in Spitalfields.
