The V&A East Museum opens on April 18 with Café Jikoni, bringing Ravinder Bhogal’s global “no‑borders” cooking to Stratford. The all‑day café will serve new dishes like macaroni dhal and turmeric‑ginger chicken pie alongside pastries and cakes, launching alongside the museum’s first exhibition, The Music is Black: A British Story.
