The prices of the houses are still growing and the properties being put on sales tightens May 3, 2016
UK residential house prices rose to 9.7pc to 9.5pc a month according to Halifax. It is the biggest grow since 2014. The prices grew with nearly 10pc since last year.
Each month the value increased by 1.7pc. That makes an average home cost £212,430.
It is a possibility that the demand will fall when the interest rises but this not yet shown on the Halifax.
